1. DAMAGED PACKAGE

If you notice that the shipment is damaged, take it, but open in front of the courier whom write down a complaint report. Within 7 working days, we will send you new goods without additional payment or refund your money. If you find damage after leaving the courier, unfortunately, damage to the shipment or complaint will not be accepted.

2. PRODUCT DEFECTS

If you notice that the print has technical defects or if the product has, for example, a wrong dimension, incorrect material, or an incomplete set, please do not hesitate to contact us at complaint@glixshop.com and we will discuss the remedy. If this is our fault, we'll send you new merchandise within 7 business days with no additional payments.

For technical faults are not caused by differences in color color resolution computer monitors.

3. RETURN

We treat each order individually and we strive for our customers to be fully satisfied. However, if we do not meet your expectations, you can return the ordered goods within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason. Returning goods is only possible if the undamaged packaging with all the contents is returned.

You can choose from three options for returning goods:

  1. We will send a corrected order according to your instructions.
  2. We will send a new order for the same price.
  3. We will return your money back to your account within 14 business days.
