I received a damaged package. What to do?
If you notice that the shipment is damaged, take it, but open it in the presence of the courier to write down the complaint protocol. Within 7 business days, we will send you new merchandise without additional payments or refund your money. If you find damage after the courier's departure, unfortunately, the damage to the shipment will not be accepted.
There is a defect on the product. What should I do?
If, after delivery, you notice that the print has technical defects or if the product has a bad size, the wrong material, or an incomplete kit, please complete the form below to resolve the issue. You will be contacted by our staff to discuss the next steps. If this is a mistake, we will send you new merchandise without additional payments within 7 business days.
Differences in color due to color resolution of computer monitors are not considered to be a technical defect.
I don't like the goods. Can I give it back?
Of course. We approach each order individually and try to make our customers as satisfied as possible. However, if we do not meet your expectations, you can return the ordered goods within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason. Return of the goods is only possible if the undamaged packaging with all contents is returned.
You can choose from three options when returning the goods:
- We will send the corrected order according to your instructions.
- We'll send a new order for the same price.
- We will refund your money back to your account within 14 business days.
